About Me

Hello! I provide a tailored and individualized approach to therapy that focuses on identifying and changing thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that we hold about ourselves and the world around us that may not be as helpful as they once were. I’m passionate about working with teens and adults who may be experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, identity development, trauma, relationships, disabilities, and neurodevelopment disorders or neurodivergence.

In my free time, I like to spend time outdoors hiking, running, and attending local events with friend and family. I also enjoy the local food scene in Portland and I’m always looking for my new favorite restaurant.

How I Work

I have experience working with teenagers 14+ and adults in many different settings, including university counseling centers, community mental health, and private practice. I use an integrative approach and focus on using behavioral techniques, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in my practice. I have experience working with neurodivergent folks and those with disabilities, including those with ADHD, physical disabilities, and Autism, to learn how to thrive in an environment that may be difficult to navigate with a disability. I’m also passionate about providing gender affirming care, and can provide assessment and letter writing services for gender affirming procedures.
