TELEHEALTH LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR POSITION

Blue Skies Psychological Services is looking to add one or more licensed mental health counselors to join our growing Oregon group practice. If you are interested in telehealth and are considering making the leap into private practice we would love to hear from you.

About Our Practice

Blue Skies is a thriving dedicated telehealth practice comprised of therapists licensed in Oregon. Our practice is designed to provide administrative and clinical supports to relieve the burden of practice management, while retaining the benefits of working independently. This includes:

  • Working from home

  • Setting own hours/caseload

  • Unlimited time off

  • Option for customizing intake forms, progress notes, and assessment forms

  • Client selection

  • Opportunity to develop specialty clinics within the practice

  • Progressive pay arrangement

Qualifications

We are eager to meet with therapists with strong clinical skills who thrive working independently and also bring a collaborative spirit.

  • Must be licensed or license eligible as a mental health counselor in Oregon.

  • Strong preference for therapists residing in Oregon or willing to relocate.

    • Psychologists residing in Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and Montana will also be considered

  • Must have private workspace with high-speed internet and other equipment for telehealth services.  

Compensation

  • Team members are hired as W-2 employees, meaning no self-employment tax.  

  • Highly competitive pay structure, comparable to take-home pay for successful solo practitioners.

  • Monthly compensation is determined as a percentage of revenue generated and is progressive (60 – 75%) to fairly compensate for higher earnings.

  • Ask us about additional employer-provided benefits being developed for the coming year!

  • Office Support Specialist who handles new client inquires, screening, and initial setup

  • Insurance credentialing, benefits and eligibility inquiries, and billing

  • Marketing

  • Psychological testing materials

  • Practice management software (Simple Practice), video software, phone line, fax, and work email

  • A monthly team consultation meeting  

  • Support and training in telehealth

  • No cost supervision

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on serving clients and life outside of work!
